Sharon McCarty
Sharon started supplying parts into the utility equipment industry nearly 25 years ago.  She is, as stated by many of her customers, one of the most knowledgeable persons concerning replacement buckets and bucket accessories in the industry today.  She is affectionately known by many as “the bucket lady”.

Additionally, she understands the tools used in the tree care and utility equipment industry.  She has sold most major brands of tools and understands their use and can make recommendations on the best tool for many jobs.  Sharon also knows where to find many hard to get parts, as well as being able to supply cost effective replacement parts (both new and used) for aerial devices. 

Gary Werkhoven
Gary is a registered professional mechanical engineer with over 30 years of experience, the past 18 of which have been designing, building, and servicing bucket trucks and manlifts. He is very knowledgeable on the repair and upgrade of ReachAll, Pitman, and NorStar Products equipment. He possesses the rare gift of being able to communicate on all levels so he can instruct mechanics and operators as well as work with other professionals in this industry. 

He can operate & repair the equipment he has designed, or teach others to do so as well. He performs equipment inspections, helps customers upgrade or repair  their equipment, and serves as a resource for many companies.  He understands hydraulic tools and how they apply for use on aerial equipment. He has many resources within this industry, and can assist in many ways for tool and parts supply.
